This is an inexpensive, looks good and folds up with is nice for storage. Not as sturdy as the sold frame ones and the pan inserts and tongs are very thin metal and cheap.

The scientific way to get the trays apart

Appearance is great, looks sturdy and not sharp on the corners. They are really tough to get apart! We ended up putting the stack of trays in the sink floating on HOT tap water, and put ICE inside the top tray. Let them sit a few minutes, then they could be pulled apart. Thanks to the principles of thermodynamics.

How to get the chafing pans unstuck

I think that they are worth the money I paid. The only complaint is that the chafing water pans were stuck and almost impossible to get unstuck. I researched online and found the solution. This method only took me 5 minutes to get the pans unstuck. I hope it helps. How to Release Two Stainless Steel Pans That Are Stuck Together (hunker.com, 2024): 1. Fill a sink with hot water. 2. Set the stuck pans in the sink, just covering the bottom pan with the hot water. 3. Fill the top pan with ice. 4. Allow the pans to set for about five minutes, and pry them apart with your hands.
