Packed safe not bent or smashed . I'm very pleased with the purchase I really looked at all reviews for all brands and these came out on top !

It’s sturdy and great price!

These are nicely made. The fold up design makes it nice when packing several together. The only negative is the sterno holders' lids are hard to put together and take apart.

I have to break this review down into 2 parts. First, the chafers came with no problem. ( Until I unboxed. Pieces were terribly hard to get apart. They give you this little rubber tool that helps.. but not enough! When it came down to separating the water pans I could not do it! I spent over 30 minutes trying.. several screwdrivers and chisels to try to pry them apart enough to break the seal. Even called tech support ( worthless.. don't think the person knew what a chafer was. ) I was finally able to do it! Ridiculous..! I bent an edge in the process.. Some people will NOT be able to do it! Now.. when assembled, they are great. I ended up buying 2 sets from different vendors because I wanted some with half pans and some with third pans. I suggest the company have a package with this configuration.. very helpful setting up a buffet.

My family loved it.

Very good quality on the fit and finish. Needed something for seasonal get togethers and this is perfect. Plenty deep enough to run a pan with hot water under the food and maintains temp very well.

My daughter entertains a lot with her husband. The set was perfect for Christmas. It was exactly what I had ordered.

Great but handles on front could be better quality or else would have got 5 stars

Not something we use often but when we do they work great. They definitely do what they’re supposed to do. Good price and easy to use.
