Received as promised. Being a first time used I had my son give me some help re assembly then how to use, My only problem was I did not realise how easy to use it really was with an offline controller and Inventables Easel. I contacted VEVOR via online re purchasing a controller, they promised to follow up and get back to me ASAP. To date no response only negative on the whole deal. I have since ordered a controller from China. I use the machine to make items for childcare such as engraving wood pieces with animals' aboriginal icons and symbols which are eagerly received and used in the education process. Only lesson make sure if buying get one with offline controller, so easy to use.

A challenge to build, thanks to YouTube I got it done. Now working on coming to terms with the software to drive it. All new to me but having a ball.

Great product but design leaves a lot to be desired as it took about 10 hours to put together. A bit of thought could make it far easier to put together

I ordered this for my own hobby uses, the fact that the frame is mostly 2020 aluminum extrusion we a huge part of why I got this. To start, the kit is well packaged with plenty of foam to keep it safe. Some parts needed cleaned before assembly but that only takes a bit of air or a vacuum after removing the plastic covering. Assembly of the kit was easy despite the limited information in the manual. Once it is built the frame is quite rigid. Being a trained production machinist I am eager to push this thing to its limits. The only issues I have with this kit are: 1 The manual, it needs more descriptions. 2 The spindle wire could use to be about 3 or 4 inches longer. 3 the inclusion of 4 to 6 T-nuts for clamping. None of those are deal breakers, As for the 2500mw laser, that was a bonus that is going on my home made laser and I have not gotten to use it yet.
