This heavy duty as spring kit is rated as 120kg but will not hold up 80kg. I tried to contact support by email on the Vevor website but that didn't work. I tried calling the he phone support/contact and a recorded message said , I was calling outside contact hours, no one was able to take my call. Well, I was calling within the contact hours for Australia. What country are Vevor based in?? The product doesn't work. Cannot contact Vevor by phone or email I wouldn't deal with Vevor again

I used these in my caravan to lift the double bed. I had a few ideas but stumbled upon these and it works really well, effortlessly lifts the bed and frame and just pushes back down.

Everything works perfectly. There are few institutions but easy to figure out. Lifts our 10” mattress easily.

We used this for a cellar door going under our bedroom. Worked great. My husband installed it. He knew what size we needed for the weight.
