Works very well. Easy to clean. More convenient than using a hand screen to remove bran. Doesn't take up much space on counter. Quiet enough.

It works just fine
Having sifted wheat flour by hand to remove the bran (I have to limit iron-rich bran from my diet), I really appreciate having a machine that does that work for me. This machine sifts several pounds of freshly ground, wheat berries, through the 60-mesh screen, in just a couple of minutes.

Works well for making white flour.
I wasn’t certain the 80 mesh would work to make white flour. From different reviews I thought it would be too fine of a mesh. Well, after running several loads through it in the last couple of weeks it is working very well with no issue. All the flour sieves through the 80 mesh, leaving behind the bran and the wheat germ. I am very satisfied with the performance so far.

A Delight to Use
I am delighted with this little machine. It works well and gets the job done. If you want fine flour similar to store bought, I recommend skipping the 60 mesh and using the 80 mesh instead. First sift with the 40 mesh to get rid of large pieces of bran followed by 80 mesh. I put in 10 cups of home ground wheat, sifted for 10 minutes with 40 mesh. Ended up with about 7 cups of flour. Then sifted this through the 80 mesh for 20 minutes. Final amount was 3.2 cups of fine flour. I left the lid off while sifting. I used a flat plastic spatula to spread the flour from time to time as it was sifting. Otherwise it bunches up in one spot. Now, what to do with all the left over bran?

Time and physical saving.
Hello, I am very happy with the Vevor Vibrating sieve machine. I use the 40 mesh screen to remove the germ and bran to make bread and pizza. This machine is a very usefull . I am happy i purchased this machine. Mike

So much faster than sifting by hand!
Before purchasing this I had been hand sifting the flour I was grinding and it was messy and took a while to do. The machine works great, it keeps my kitchen cleaner, and takes a fraction of the time I was spending before. The only thing that could be improved is there are exposed bolts on the inside of container where the sifted flour lands. As a result flour tends to build up around the bolts and has to me manually brushed out. But aside from that minor inconvenience this machine is great.

I love this shifter!
I'm a retired pastry chef and I highly recommend this sifter! I'm really impressed with the quality and it is very nice to see NO PLASTIC and all Steel. The 80 mesh screen produces a flour as fine as TIPO "00" the best flour for pizza and foccaci. I really love this sifter! I'm glad I found this site, I'm going to purchase other equipment from Vevor!

No Regrets!
This is so worth the money! I sift with 80 sieve and get so much bran out on a pastry grind from my WonderMill. Good luck finding much affordable organic wheat before the harvest.
