Does the job but the rubber paws broke when using. Cylinder are good. Suggest to prep and thing before using it on your car body. Use on frame only

II purchased on 11-22-24 and when arrived the Hydraulic Rams Paint was cracking off like it was repainted as if it was a used product. first time I used it the Ram was leaking Hydraulic fluid. I contacted costumer service about the problem and so far it's been VERY POOR SERVICE ! I have read reviews sense, and many people have complained on VERY POOR RESPONSE from the company's handling of problems from products purchased from VEVOR. I have had so far NO answer as to replacing the defective part as of 1-2-24 . my son and I recently built a shop and was looking forward to buying many tools from Vevor to use in our shop, but after the POOR handling of the matter to remedy the Hydraulic Ram Leak, I will not be Purchasing any more Products from VEVOR , nor will I recommend anyone to buy VEVOR tools because of POOR Customer Service.

Works great, used it several times now and has been flawless. Could use another ram half the size for tight places. The pump has worked perfectly, no leakage. Good value, very happy so far

Could not work properly. Vevor insist to negotiate for some refund and keep kit , which I excepted. Now I’m not using Vevor Hydraulic pump, Im using only rest of Vevor 20 ton porta power kit.
