This vice will get the job done in most cases, and for the price it is worth buying as a "starter" vice.
It is sturdy enough, and accurate enough for the home handyman, and the option is there to tweek it if you wanted to, but it is cheaply made, comes complete with swarf in the threads, little if any lubrication, and mine has very poor finish in the rotation scale. It also lacks VEE grooves in the jaws for gripping round stock, but I guess that is something one can machine themselves.
Recommended as a starter vice, but you may want to spend time on improvements, or, buy a more expensive vice if you have the $$$s
