I did test the unit and it does spin, no wiring diagram but there are images and tips on YT if you search brushless speed controller. You need to use a jumper or on/off switch on the connector marked "lock" I would also recommend using a 30 amp switch on the + side of the battery connector.

Worked well to upgrade the motor on a razor electric dirt bike. Arrived on time and everything worked well. Happy customer!-SM

It works good but haven't try on bike yet, easy plug and ply connections, all works as describe...

The motor looks good, but I did not test it yet. I am very disappointed that I never received the chain shown in the picture.Edit: I spoke with customer service twice, and was finally helped out the second time. My 3* went to 4* because she was just great. I tested the motor and it runs very well. If you don't care for the chain, get this motor.

The dc motor controller needs a wiring diagram to make it work.
