Hab die Standheizung doch tatsächlich in mein Auto eingebaut, bitte hiervon absehen wenn man nicht mit solcher Arbeit vertraut ist, und keine Erfahrung damit hat. Ich hab das Abgasrohr entsprechend isoliert und natürlich nach draußen geführt, wodurch eine „Vergasung“ ausgeschlossen ist. Sicherheitshalber noch einen CO Warner installiert und damit auf der sicheren Seite. Auf halber Stufe feuert mir die Standheizung die Innenraum Temperatur bei -2 Grad Außentemperatur auf ca 25 Grad und das in 30min. Genial! Klar hab ich dadurch etwas Kofferraumvolumen eingebüßt, aber im Winter kann ich damit leben. Also wer etwas basteln will, und wirklich Plan davon hat was er macht, kann damit die Kälte aus dem Auto verbannen. Natürlich ist es auch im Wohnmobil oder in der Werkstatt empfehlenswert.

Advertised as a vehicle heater primarily for tractor trailers, boats and RV's, I did not have high expectations for the Vevor Diesel Air Heater in my uninsulated shop - 10'x14' partitioned by plastic on three sides (including the ceiling) and two exterior walls. Boy, was I in for a surprise! To my pleasure, this heater has replaced my 30000 BTU BluFlame propane heater which exhibited dismal performance at best. The Vevor heater's forced air output can be pointed in any direction with the supplied air duct tubing. I have the heater mounted near the ceiling, so any trapped warm air that rises is recirculated back down toward the floor, or at me when the temps really dip down! The nicest feature is the Bluetooth app downloadable from Google Play which allows me to start the heater from the comfort of my home to preheat the shop while enjoying a cup of joe. In recent 20 degree temps, it took only about 10-15 minutes to warm up the shop and take off the chill enough to work in comfort. No more cold fingers and toes for me! I love my Vevor diesel heater!

I bought this same unit 2 years ago to heat a snowmobile trailer. It works great and puts out a lot of heat keeping the trailer comfortably warm. I got this unit (my second) for my small, 1 car garage for when I am doing maintenance in the cold months. It seems overall that the quality of these units has improved but I really miss the remote with the display screen. I could turn on the heater from the cab of my truck while driving to my destination and watch the progress of the heater on the remote screen. The remote that came with this unit barely works and has no display, but I suppose that is ok since it is just living in my garage. I don't really want the Bluetooth option as it is one more app I would need to install on my aging phone... If they brought back the model with the remote that has the display I would buy another one!

This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a unit (Order #241122009778025172XX) that arrived late and didn’t work at all. The product was defective out of the box, and despite spending an entire day troubleshooting, it would not turn on. When I reached out to customer support, they kept going back and forth with unnecessary instructions, refusing to process a simple return or refund. Frustrated, I placed a new order (Order #241129009778180835XX) on Friday, expecting it to arrive on Sunday as promised. It’s now four days later, and the order hasn’t even been shipped! What’s the point of paying more for expedited service if the seller can’t deliver on their promises? This whole ordeal has been a massive inconvenience, delaying my plans and leaving me without the product I needed. The lack of accountability, delayed shipping, and refusal to address the issue properly is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from this seller, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They clearly don’t care about their customers or fulfilling their obligations. I won’t be buying from them again Unless this situation is fully resolved—including processing a refund for the faulty unit, expediting my new order, and providing proper compensation for this mess—I will not change this review. This seller has completely failed to deliver on both their products and customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

This company is almost impossible to deal with. They sent the first heater, and it stopped working and wouldn’t turn on after only 3 weeks use. There is no phone number to talk to anyone, and the chat service is horrible. It must be AI chat because it kept asking the same questions. So now I have a heater I paid almost $200 that stopped working after only 3 weeks. The 2nd heater failed to get sent to the correct address twice!! And again nobody to talk to . I cannot recommend this company to anybody, and I will never do business with vevor again.

Need better user manual. Set up no problem but how to use the display to set the clock and other settings are not clear

I had Great hopes for this unit. For the first 6 hours they were met. No unusual or unexpected troubles. However, after turning it off and leaving it for 20 hours, the unit would not restart. The LCD screen would not power on and the unit was dead. Vevor did not have a exact replacement in stock to exchange. Had to downgrade to a model without Bluetooth. Still awaiting arrival. What I can say about the Bluetooth is it's rather poor designed app. It doesn't have many features in the ones it does takes up more than a full screen so you're constantly scrolling.

Works great , heats up fast , controls could be a little easier . Have to really figure out how to set temp so it comes on and off on its own

Easy as could be. Pour in the fuel and press the on button. Would have liked a longer exhaust system, but most people aren't running it across a shop floor. Overall, great product and good price.
