I got this to use with my engine hoist, which I use to lift things like large dogs and fallen trees. The length of the rope gives me more options than the regular chains of my hoist, and, although I haven't tried it yet, it does seem to be well made. The rope is a bit stiff and thin, but it's all I need for my household, garage, and yard hoisting needs.

We are switching all of our tow chains to synthetic ropes so I figured I would give this one a try and it has not disappointed. We have only used it to Pull out a 4 wheeler so far but it did so with ease and rolled back up to the winch with no issues.

This particular winch rope seems to have great strength. It's quite thick at 1/2 inch. Perfect for a supplement to an existing winch, that's how I'm using it. It's kept in the truck for those times when the installed winch rope doesn't quite reach the target. It comes with a massive hook permanently attached to one end (definitely a good feature). It's intended use is to install it on a winch that has no rope but us creative people will always find alternative uses. Recommended.

I selected this tow rope to install on our Jeep's winch! It is very strong and comes with a hook. 100 ft is perfect length for pulling fellow Jeepers out of the mud. It's weighted for 26,500 lbs which is more than enough to tow a 5,000 vehicle. Would also be helpful if use on a boat, 4-wheeler or just around the yard. I've purchased several items that are the Vevor brand and have never had any issue. Looking forward to a fun summer off-road. I recommend buying.

I have an older 12k winch where the steel cable was starting to fray. It's a fairly simple process to replace, and you don't have to change fairleads out if you have a roller style one. No issues so far. It wound up fine and pulls fine. I'm slightly concerned that it'll require more care than a steel cable (dust/dirt on the cable will abrade it as you load it) but time will tell.
