Recently bought and installed this product, and I expect that it will perform well as Vevor seem to have very good quality products in general.
However, there are a couple of things that could be done better, like the fact that there seems to be no way of turning on the LCD screen back-light without moving from the desired screen.
A separate "LCD ON" button would be great.
The included User Manual is only good for people with extraordinarily good vision, (pages 15 & 16 are unreadable by any human being) and has some inaccurate and confusing terminology, for example, it states 3 types of battery charge profiles, FLOODED, SEALED & GEL.
GIven that AGM and GEL batteries are BOTH "Sealed" batteries, one could be confused.
The manual states the float charge for GEL batteries is 13.8V, but I cannot find any manufacturers that recommend more than 13.4V, so you may find battery life is shortened on that setting.
The saving grace is that there is a "User Defined" option, so one can set both charge voltage and float voltage to whatever value you wish.
This however is not the best solution if one is going to use LiFePo4 batteries, as float charging is undesirable on this chemistry, and there doesn't seem to be any way of turning float off under the user defined settings, which is a shame, so the best alternative would be to select 13.4-13.8V according to some Lithium battery manufacturers.
A lot of LiFePo4 batteries have their own On-Board-Management system these days, so it is less of an issue.
I am hoping to find an online version of the manual so I can actually read it all.
