4 Stars With Caveats
This is a review for the DZ-260C unit. This is my first chamber vacuum sealer. I had never used one before I bought this one, but I am very familiar with using vacuum sealers. Pros: Price considerably lower than other popular chamber vacuum sealer brands. The price is low enough that if it breaks it's not going to break the bank. Allows for a fair amount of control over the vacuum sealing process Uses clear or textured vacuum sealing bags. I have not tested with clear bags. Excellent wide sealing strip Usually, vacuum sealing items that are damp or have juices in them is not a problem Unit can handle repeated vacuum ceilings and keep on going like the battery bunny Gets a lot of Ooo's and Ahh's from friends and family Cons: It's best not to use it to seal the bottoms of a bunch of bags before a job because the sealing strip will get so hot that it begins melting the bags. I have not found any way to get around this, so I use my old vacuum sealer to seal the bottom of my bags. I'm also not interested in buying a plastic bag sealer device as it does not do a better job than a regular vacuum sealer Watch for very sharp corners on the back panel. I had to cut off a curled piece of metal There is a button on the display for creating a double seal and they even advertise this in the information online, but the unit will not double seal unless you do it manually. Actual chamber vacuum sealer bags seem to only be offered for sale by a few companies which means there's little competition for buying at a low price unless you buy enough to last you a lifetime and are willing to spend hundreds of dollars. My experience is that it does not vacuum seal as tightly as a suck the air out of a the bag type of vacuum sealer. Many people here have already experienced this. There is enough air left in the bag to be able to pull the bag material away from the product slightly. Time will tell if this is a problem for keeping foods fresh. It's a pretty big unit so you need to have the space to put it. If a vacuum sealing job is a regular one without a lot of liquid a suck the air out of a bag system is faster. Cannot seal something with a very large bag because it won't fit in the chamber. I'm sure there are more pros and cons that I just haven't posted here. I'm not particularly disappointed with the unit, but I do wish that it would seal more tightly on par with a suck the air out of a bag vacuum sealer. I also have not had any experience with customer service so I can't speak to that. Having said that, I'm going to keep it and hopefully at last a long while. That was one of the important things I wanted if I was going to quit using suck the air out of the bag vacuum sealers. It seems like suck the air out of a bag vacuum sealing companies knowingly make their products cheap and breakable nowadays instead of making them last longer and for repeated use. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.

Excellent machine!
Excellent machine for an excellent price. I love how you have precise individual controls over the amount of vacuum, seal time and cool-down time. It's very easy to operate, and it's an EXCELLENT value for the money compared to the competition. Very well packaged. Instructions left a lot to be desired (like a lot of Chinese products that are sold directly) but if you watch a few unboxing videos on YouTube you'll be fine. Just don't forget to add the compressor oil before using! Also, instead of using the oil that came with the unit I ordered the best oil that I could find on Amazon (TRIAX Kompressor MV ISO 46, Multi Vis, Full Synthetic Air Compressor Oil) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09615ZYBQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 as I felt it would be a better quality oil, and I have plenty to change it in the future if needed.

We have used our vacuum sealer for awhile now and we love it. It has made packaging meat and vegetables so easy. Would definitely buy again.

Chamber Vacuum
Great quality for the price. I vacume pre cooked food. Sous vide cooked food, smoked cheese and meats and they all come out great.

Perfect for the Small Butcher Shop
We purchased this unit after fiddling with small countertop units in several configurations from the foodsaver style to small chamber vacs from other companies. We run a small butcher shop out of our barn exclusively for our own animals and a few deer here and there for friends and family, and purchasing units for several times the price of this unit (even used) wasn't in the cards. Prior to purchasing this unit, sealing was the choke point of our process. Since purchasing this unit, our sealing process is at least 50% faster, and I can't remember a single package that we've taken out of the freezer that has not stayed sealed - which is simply not the case for any other unit we've ever used. So far we've used this unit for half a dozen hogs, two lambs, two deer, and at least 100 rabbits and chickens without a single issue. We also have two vevor sausage stuffers, and a vevor deli slicer and we've had great luck across the board. Only complaint was the bottlen of vacuum pump oil that comes in the package didn't quite have enough oil to fill the unit, but we had purchased a bottle expecting it to come empty, so it all worked out. If you do your own butchering, this unit is easily the best option we've come across and we highly recommend it.

quality vacuum sealer right here
I've vacuum sealed about 55lbs of red meat with this dz-260a today. Much better experience than my old external vac sealer. I like the fact that the dz-260A is an option on the market. It may not have the same attention to detail in the metal work as similar units but the thing works great and the price was right. The edges of the metal on bottom were rough. That is the only complaint I could think of. Very happy I found this from YouTube and didn't choose something 3x the price. My settings- 25 second vacuum, 1.2 second seal, 1.2 second cool down.

Product works really well. Very easy to use. It is a little heavy which makes it difficult to move around. Good value for the money.
