Had missing and broke parts. The bike also was scratch. They sent the new front brakes but have not received the missing parts for the rear basket. The paint was scratched not received the new paint.

After reading comments about other brands that were more expensive I expected lesser quality. So I was surprised when I put it together of how easily it was to do and the directions were also better than expected. Overall quality was pretty good.

I’m 100% pleased with this adult-sized tricycle and the bright yellow color is highly visible! I purchased this tricycle for my 86 year old mom but I enjoy it, too. The Vevor company is great to deal with: professional and courteous staff!

Love how it looks, seems sturdy and well built. Could use a wider distance between rear tires for better cornering. Very comfortable to ride. Follow the directions carefully especially for the derailleur installation and adjustments (low and high screws). The rear fenders did not line up with tires very well and require some tweaking but overall for the price was good.

The WALMART professional assemblers struggled to assemble properly so required some serious additional help after they left. I think the big time big box stores are missing the boat with not trying to stock at least one of these on their floor. I originally bought a three wheel bike for my stepson that has Down’s Syndrome and wanted to be a part of the family when it came to bike riding but couldn’t ride a two wheel bike. Now my wife has aged and balance is sometimes an issue and this was the answer for her to still be able to ride. Big time stores don’t cater to us minorities so I would recommend this bike with all I can because it has changed my wife’s outlook on the recreation she has enjoyed all of her life. Try this bike if it is at all needed for whatever reason and skip the big timers that don’t have room on their floor for us. The directions are very good and have great pictures also and have a time line that is pretty accurate for time to assemble.

Whoever wrote the instructions must have assumed that the assembler knew a lot about gears and brakes.

Love the size, the color, the proportions for my height - 5'1". The frien that assembled said some of the video, instructions were a little confusing, - but mostly without any real issues. He did put small plastic ties on basket; the brackets were not hooking together easily or securely enough for his liking. All in all, I LUV my new trike. I am 60+ yrs old, have metal hips & have missed biking. Now with helmet, chain lock, rear view mirror, a front & back light duo. I am really enjoying feeling the wind in my hair again as I ride in ease & listen to nature & smile at other bikers & walkers as I go! Gears & breaks good. It takes a few rides to adjust to width compared to bike, happily though I am able to get my 20" trike in the elevator, in screened front & out on my balcony for safe keeping.
