We brought my tricycle to install but we were told something is wrong with the gears and other things. I need to get a replacement

Deep pits and chips down to the metal in numerous places (20+) in the paint. One of the fenders was dented enough that I had to hammer it out. Some of the washers and a bolt fell out of the poor packaging as the delivery person set it on the driveway. I purchased other hardware for missing parts. I had to straighten the bent forks where the rear axle assembly attaches. I had to buy a different seat because the bracket that holds the original seat level could not be tightened enough to prevent the seat rotating upward to an unusable position. The front fender did not fit at all. I had to bend the supports to and "S" shape to shorten the length. The photos shows just a few of the paint defects.

This bike gets my husband outside for exercise. He is enjoying it.

Before ordering this bike I read all the reviews and they seems pretty good, except for the assembly, so I went ahead and ordered. I thank everyone who wrote reviews as they were soooo correct. My husband had taken bikes apart and reassembled for the kids and done a lot of repairs on his own bike so he thought it would be no problem. Well, it took twice as long as we expected and thank heavens he has a huge, fully stocked repair shop in the garage cuz he needed a lot of tools. The ones that come with the bike are kind of useless. But once we got it together, it is a great bike. I am 73 yrs old and have had some problems with balance so was fearful of a 2-wheel bike. This one rides great and I feel very secure. I am including a photo because I am 5'4" and ordered the 20 inch wheels. I wanted to make sure my feet touched the ground. It's a great size, and I can ride like the wind!

I bought this bike for my sister and she loves it. She likes the bright yellow color, and it is comfortable to ride she told me.. Our neighbor had it together in less then 30 minutes and back at our house for her.

Stable and sturdy once it is assembled- but that takes longer than expected

Bought this for my teenage son who has autism. He and his friends absolutely love it. They put a radio in the basket so they could listen while they ride. Assembly instructions were lacking and it took some time for me to figure out how to assemble. It was worth it to see the smiles of my son who can finally ride with his friends! Julie P
