The wife and I were looking for a planter for our mandevillas, and came across this one on the Vevor website. Upon receiving our purchase, the wood was a cracked, (split) across the bottom level of the trellis. I reached out to Vevor about this issue, but decided to fix the problem with water resistant glue. This solution seems to have fixed the split wood problem.
I'm not one to complain about minor issues, but when you pay good $ for an item, you expect to receive it in "assembly/working condition" without damage. I did reach out to Vevor about the damage, and they did indeed respond, but after looking things over, I decided to repair the split wood problem myself, I didnt want to deal with the shiping return/replacement/delay. (I shouldn't have to is the point) All that aside, it's working for us after the repairs, and will likely/maybe purchase this item again if needed.
Overall, I'm still a Vevor fan, and will still visit their website to purchase other quality items.
