If I could give a "0" rating I would. I ordered the sleeves to go with the 1x2 36inch posts (21 of them). The sleeves didn't fit. I contacted customer service and worked with a very attentive rep. Gave her all the info with pictures. After 4 weeks I received the reorder. Vevor sent me the same sleeves. I am wondering, with all the info I sent, pictures, and description, how they could have resent the same part. Didn't anyone look at the original order before resending the wrong part again? I have delay the project 8 weeks now and am still waiting for Vevor to resolve this issue.
