Pump on my 4200psi Simpson failed and I bought this one - Well packaged, nice appearance, extra parts, and mounted right up. Connected up water and away it went - cleaned up my lawn/garden tractor quickly with soap dispenser first, then blasted off all the dust/grime ---- nice!

3600psi pump replacement

Easy fix, super powerful! Great quality for the money. The new pump I received had a new bolt design that was really easy to attach. Pump came with a new nice oil plug too.

Do not run unit at full pressure.Tighten all the way up then back off one turn on regulator

I like this pump because it's very powerful. Yet it is Good priced and Able to be used commercially.

The pump broke within 5 minutes of owning it.

The quick connect where the pressure washer wand hose hooks up to broke withing 5 minutes of owning it. I reached out to VEVOR with the hopes of them sending a new one to replace the broken one. After a couple days they offered me a 30% refund of the original purchase price. I declined it saying I want a new pump to replace the broken one. After a few more days they offered 60% of the original price saying it was their final offer. I took the offer because the alternative would be $0. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. They say there's a warranty on their products, but clearly they will slither out of it when the time comes.

Great buy and seems to be great quality

Replaced worn out pump on my Simpson washer. Was cheaper to buy new pump than to get rebuild kit. Went in like a dream. Been running it all summer and seems to work great.
