Received Two Machines That Don't Work!!
I bought a 200g and 500g machine. The 200g machine works flawlessly. The 500g machine on the other hand became a nightmare. First it came shipped to be with the shipping safety bolts non in tact. The springs on the vibrating tray were damaged. The door motor also stayed stuck open. It took a whole week for support to finally give me the solution of sending me a brand new machine. The brand new machine has the same issue, the motor that operates the closing door stays stuck open so the weight scale will not refill itself. When it sporadically decides to work the door doesn't close all the way and my material falls out onto the floor when the scale cup is filling. I am highly frustrated with this product and the customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have two non working machines now and they are refunding me $229 but I would rather have one machine that works properly!!!

Very slow
If your work with anything near a ground coffee size this machine is very slow. I found it much quicker to just hand waigh every bag. I’m not sure how a powder material would work.

Hi i just bought this automatic weight machine but its not working well its weight machine is not accurate on 4 g its only dispensing 2g and at 6g it will dispense 30g the product im using it for it crushed tobacco. I want replacement or refund

Machine stopped working within a week of using it. The door inside stays open and will not weigh the ingredients properly nor dispense them. Customer support has beef of no assistance. This has been a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

Great price slow filling process
The machine is great for the price and features but it takes way to long to weigh and dispense the powder. We’re only doing 50 grams per dispense and compared to similar machines it’s really slow.

It hesitates sometimes between dumping the dry material between dumps. Other than that it seems to work Well. It makes filling bottles with our spices much quicker than weighing them out by hand. I do wish it gave you the options for onzes as well as grams.

Works well, but sensor is finicky
This machine works well, but the eye sensor is finicky. It won't trigger on a silver bag or a translucent paper bag, or any reflective surface. It will trigger on a blue sticker or your hand. When it does trigger, if you are trying to fill a small pouch or bag, a funnel is necessary or you get product on the floor because the powder comes out in a large clump. But it does weigh out product accurately and quickly.
