Great overall for the price, however, foot pedal is to sensitive and needs a wider drip tray. If theses were fixed this item would be great.

Postitives: Price included toolkit Good size and weight for price Easy to set up and use Dual operation function is quite useful (panel or pedal) Sturdy build quality with steel casing Cool snap on water tray. Negatives: Latency of foot pedal is too great (the time from when you press it to the time it takes to start or stop). Poor thread on grub screw holding wheel to motor spindle - This broke very early into using the wheel and I had to repair this myself with a new larger screw and a tap and die kit, which is something most people will not own/know how to do. Lack of slip gear means that you can't stop the wheel with your hand easily, which can make centering pots for trimming difficult. Legs are too short and you will need to prop it up on something - I built a solid timber bass to raise it about a foot higher. It's my first pottery wheel, so I am working around its deficiencies while I hone my skills, and for the price I think it's actually fine. Just don't expect a perfect pottery wheel at this price point and you won't be disappointed.

Don't waste your money! I have bought two of these wheels and both failed within two weeks. While Vevor sent me a new part to fix the blown control panel, when it was wired in, the wheel would not turn off without being un plugged and the speed is locked to full and can not be adjusted, either with the foot pedal, or the buttons on the control panel. Vevor included a video of how to wire in the new panel, so I know it was done correctly. Please buy a decent whell, don't waste you money on this garbage.
