as it states 79 db, it's just that. but this is a solid built blower and does the job with ease, even when fully extended using the least amount of bends, this thing gets it done.

Great to remove airbound dust...

This piece of equipment is built like it was made in 1950. Heavy, well designed and made. Perfect for a small woodworking shop. The only issue is I wish the suction was a bit stronger but good for its size.

I use this for remodeling to help keep dust down in showers, kitchens and baths. It works good for its size, if you want to move a lot of dusty air I would recommend a larger size fan. I run it on 50’ of hose and you won’t eliminate dust, but it helps out tremendously.

I purchased this fan to use for providing a flow of air in an enclosed space. The space in which I was sanding was less than 40 degrees F during my work. The unit was inside the space and the hose blowing outside. The unit worked very well for about 15 minutes and then stopped working. At first I thought that the circuit breaker on the plus was defective, but it wasn't blown. I reset the circuit breaker and the unit started up again. The fan stopped working after about 10 min., and this time, as I was still working, I just ignored it. The fan started up again after a while, but then stopped. I think that the thermal protection kicked in and stopped the fan, then when it cooled down a bit, would start again ... over and over and over again. One star because it is just a big orange paper weight at this point. I regret the purchase.

Ventilator

Even it's very noisy but it does job very well. My kitchen is always the hottest place in my house. To cook meal for the family I need something to make me feel better to stand in the kitchen. After I put this fan on, it helps to reduce the heat a lot. I think I will need one more to put in the closet room too.

Durable. Love the hose. Much better than aluminum hoses. The only issue that I have with it is that it blows too much air out of the front of the fan. I use it in close quarters to extract paint fumes from the bathroom, and it blows air in the room causing dust to circulate, which is not good for my work. Other than that I love the product. Good figure out how to show the air down
