This product is well designed, well made and excellent value for money. It does exactly what it was designed to do extremely well and without much effort. In fact after using these types of tools for decades I find this on of the best. I purchased it because I lent my old one which the borrower never returned and this one is far better than my old one of 30 years.

This is as described.
Although I only used it for a few bends using half inch copper tubing for my shop compressor condenser installation, I found that it did exactly what I expected it to do. Very smooth tight radius bends with absolutely nothing negative to report. I'm happy with the purchase so far.

Maybe I'm just clumsy
I'm a complete novice with this type of bender and found it a bit clumsy and or awkward. Could be the tubing I was using, me, or the bender. It did what it was intended to do, but our \"dance\" was not what would be considered graceful.

Works quite well for bending 1/2 OD copper tubing
I bought this to make a piece of tubing for an air compressor. While it worked quite well at bending the tubing, it did have some small flaws that needed to be addressed before I used it again. A plus point not shown in the product page is that it has presets for the pipe hook for the different pipe sizes. That made this an equal with the other bender I looked at but much less expensive. The flaws were that there were some small nibs in the tubing channels where the molds came together. These made some small marks in the tubing I bent. In this instance not an issue, but for some cases those nicks would have made the pipe a flawed part and wasted material. Using some small files and other tools I smoothed out the flaws in those areas and it should work perfectly now. Those flaws reduced the 5 star to 4, but they can be fixed easily enough for the price savings. Also doesn't mean the more expensive tool doesn't have the same problem. I would buy this tool again and recommend it as it works quite well.
