I got this because it was less than having a pro come out and scope the pipes, and I figured I'd end up using it again, which I have. It works as well as I would expect and better than I thought. The pictures are more than clear enough to see what's going on. The line is stiff enough to shove around corners and whatnot, but not so stiff it gets jammed up. It's a little bit of a thing to wind it all in the box, but not too bad. Obviously if you're using this all the time you should get a better unit, but the few minutes it takes to wind it up is not a deal breaker at all. Another minor issue is the pieces that go one the end to position the camera >Make sure you have these on good and tight< I probably did not get mine on tight and it came off (Vevor sent me another one thanks) Other than those issues, one most likely my own fault this is a great camera.
