Sturdy and well made. This will last a while outdoors. Better than the competition. I would have kept it except it was a little small as we get larger packages and the larger one could not be put by the PO box due to HOA regulations.

Product showed up without key so bottom half could not be opened I wanted to call in and get a key but no call center then messaged them about it they had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t looking hard enough and then told me that they would give me 60$ when I paid over 190 for it I said I want a key my money back or a new one they then counter offered again with a 120 or something around that price again offended I demanded that they send me a new one give all of my money back or send me a key they finally sent me a new one but it took weeks absolutely terrible customer service worst buying experience of my lifetime

I purchased this for $150 and after it arrived completely bent out of shape and almost unusable the most they would give me is half of a refund. Otherwise they wanted me to bring the heavy object to UPS in a box that I no longer had because I ripped it open thinking the product would be good just for me to return it. I do not recommend this place at all.

No diagram/instructions for all parts
I like the construction, functionality. Some parts were loose (e.g. small bolts) so putting it back together has been an issue. Also, it isn’t clear how to use a larger larger piece piece included in the box. May be the base but holes don’t seem to align. Overall, pleased with the value.
