Can it detect gold nuggets
Answer This Question
As long as it is metal, it can be detected. The detection distance of gold nuggets is related to the area of the metal. Taking five cents as an example, it is about a depth of 20CM. The larger the area, the deeper the detection.

a toy or gimmick
Been reading the directions and looking at videos and playing around with this thing and its been pretty much useless and just chirps and beeps. on odd thing is I can't seem to find a volume control for the headphones or the speaker???? All I wanted to do was probe around on my property and find the metal spinkler heads that are hidden or covered by the previous 5 owners over the past 30 years. I found 4 hidden heads and I KNOW there are others. This was a waste of money. Zero gratification, use, or satisfaction. When I have a spare 2 or 3 hours to sit on hold or wait around I will call Vevor Tech support/customer service and maybe we can get this thing into useful status???

Bought the kids version, as I only wanted to locate dropped items/large items in my paddocks. Simple to use. Not vey specific, so even when looking for a dropped item, can be a bit of a fiddle - but on the other hand value for money that stops me binding my mower up with forgotten fencing wire. Happy with purchase.
