Not worth the hassle
I had great hopes for this machine to make my life a bit easier but it was too good to be true. Screw missing, pipes didn't suck up liquid evenly and sometimes wouldn't suck at all. It was way too unreliable and just a total waste of time messing around with it. Would not recommend at all! I ended up getting my money back.

Defective right off the bat
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this machine. It never worked from the start and although customer support was quick to respond, they were no help at all. They requested video and photo and here I am still with a machine that never worked from the beginning.

Inaccurate and inconsistent
This machine fills by run time and speed NOT volume. It is wildly inconsistent with fill volume, giving around 10ml variation for a small 100ml package. Do NOT buy if you need an accurate volume e.g. to package a product for sale. Do yourself a favour and put the money towards a better brand.

SCAM STAY AWAY
I bought this unit to bottle honey because it was cheap (first clue). It ran good for a few days and then stopped pumping. I contacted them on chat, no phone number (second clue) to help me as it's under warranty. They wanted me to send pictures and VIDEO of the unit not working (3rd clue). I sent the pictures and waited.........nothing. Contacted them again on chat the next day, no help, they kept ending the chat. After going thru 3 different people on chat it's obvious they are not going to honor their warranty. Life's short, buy from an American supplier.

We needed a cost effective solution for jarring our honey. The Vevor bottle filling machine worked really well and is very easy and intuitive to use. We had an issue with the machine cutting off and on and customer service advised us with a fix which was to reduce the speed of the filling because our honey it was so thick and dense. I actually love this machine and it's half price of anything else out there. I haven't used another machine but I can't imagine the work much better than this one.
