Apart from the great joy of assembly, both handling and result are very good for an apparatus in this price range. The laser with adjustable focus and the free base also allow the engraving of higher parts, so I would like to use the laser for branding my turned works (e.g. on the underside of a table lamp).

Yes, it can engrave wine glasses. If the wine glass is made of transparent glass, it needs to be blackened before engraving, and then cleaned after engraving.
