Average quality components, no response from vevor support but kind of to be expected for cheap chinese product. Overall think it's a great little unit that works really well for it's price point. The seller was quick to ship and provided prompt and satisfactory resolution for a damaged power cable. The instructions poorly detail initial setup and give no useful specifications or general use instructions so be prepared to investigate and experiment. I am happy and think I got value for money but if you want a supported machine you best save up at least twice as much coin.

I will write a full review when my delivery is complete, USB Drive was missing from delivery, I get that sometimes things get missed, BUT this is probably closest to if not the cheapest part of the order, Yet Support want me to take a pic of the missing USB Drive. I need the setting file for RDWorks to make sure I am not over driving the tube with my settings in Lightburn. How hard would it be for support to just email me the files contained on the USB Drive ?

Arrived in good order, packed very well. I purchased this model because I have used the other type available on Ebay etc. Having the Water and Air pump built in is much MUCH better than having them all separate and scattered all over place. The built in temperature display is a good feature, but why the separate switch to turn it off? might be for a different model. The extraction fan is powerful enough and the built in filter works well Just power it up and it's ready to go and GO it does! I run LightBurn and the VEVOR Laser is Ethernet connected. It's Engraved and or Cut: Wood, Ply, (Laser Ply from PlyCo. works great), Masonite, MDF, Glass, Acrylic and other plastics, Anodised Aluminium. It's low enough to fit under my benches, but a bit low to be comfortable to use, I raise it up on a pallet stacker, no problem. The Laser was aligned perfectly out of the box. Internal wiring was neat and well connected. (friends purchases from ebay had all sorts of problems, loose wires, loose and missing screws, Laser alignment way out etc.) Connected a DIY rotary axis no problem, the Y axis relay switch makes it easy align Y then switch to the rotary. Manual Z control is OK and has plenty of travel but I think I'll add a stepper to the Z axis, the Ruida Controller has the outputs, just need to add a Driver and Stepper motor which I already have. This is going to be a perfect companion to my DIY CNC Router.

Great quality laser cutter. Comes fully assembled. Built-in water-cooler. Manually adjustable Z-height. Limit switch safety trigger on door. USB connection fine for modern computers, not so good on older Macs. Used Lightburn Bridge with Raspberry pi to create wifi bridge so all computers could connect via wifi easily. Solution works well.
