The listing was for a heavy duty snatch strap with free soft shackle. There was an option with a choice of sizes with the price going up accordingly. I chose the larger size and paid the appropriate price. When the item arrived there was no free soft shackles. I went back to the listing to check the description and found that when checking the larger size, the free soft shackles dropped out of the description.
I suppose it was my fault for not reading through the description again after choosing the larger size, but I didn't think there was any need. After all, I had only clicked on a size option within the listing. I just feel a little cheated and believe Vevor should have a totally separate listing if the description changes - apart from the size.
