This is a plyo box that has one height, yes, but what you get in exchange is something that is solid, NOT sketchy (the VEVOR 16 20 24 wood plyo box tipped immediately for me, I can see why they make it 2 inches in the different heights instead of 4 for the wooden boxes as standard) and easy to put together (unlike the Synergee 16/18/20 plyo box which has like 70 (yes, you heard that right, 70) screws and you NEED a drill to even have a chance of properly screwing them in, the wood VEVOR worked fine with a screwdriver) and it holds an ADDITIONAL 50LB's implying that it will handle your weight much better over time compared to the wood and doesn't require a support inside the box that you hope doesn't slip inside over time. I am doing my exercises on a carpeted floor and the rubber feet are in there nice and firm (but I do have it close to a wall just in case and also if you're wondering that VEVOR would have tipped on my kitchen floor / hardwood floor almost as easily). The steel on one of the corners is a bit sharp going down the trapezoid design which I notice when I am doing single leg box step downs if I am not careful with my form (I just turn it around the other direction) but overall a fantastic product.
