It’s easy to assemble. Took me only 5 minutes to put everything together. I agree with another review that the top mat smells like a tire. It’s sturdy, but has no anti-slip pads on the bottom. So you need to put it on something that can be resistant to slipping or mount it on the floor if you use it indoors. I use this to do leg workouts every two days. So far so good.
