Customer service is AI

Received this for Christmas and didn’t open it for a couple weeks. The machine part seemed fine. But, the plastic piece that closes the lid, didn’t tighten down enough and the water leaked. I emailed the company instead of sending it back. For the hassle received, I should have just sent it back. It took about 10 emails to get the correct answer and a video of how to fix it. They would ask a question each time that was already answered. So the 9th time I got a bit testy and they sent the video. The solution was to turn the silver rod holders and screw them down a bit, until the plastic piece on the rod snapped into place and held the top on. Now it works. The AI customer service does not.

Seems to work okay.

I opted to use this for brass instead of silver. Didn’t use the provided media, just used dawn, and jet dry rinse liquid. According to weight, I can fill the 5kg container with about 7lbs of stuff, but I just did about 3 lbs not counting the water. According to weight, it’s about 122 pieces of brass.

Faulty tumbler, was hard to get it refunded as they tried to make me pull it apart to repair myself, I doubt I would risk buying another one, instead I would look for a brushless motor version as this is what failed in mine, communication was slow and resolution was only taken when Paypal dispute was lodged. in the end Money was refunded
