The only draw back for this item is make sure you measure. I selected the 14 inch thinking I’d still have a couple inches of space between joists. It was a very tight fit. I did have to bend some of the fan screen. Easy to operate.

This fan blows all the competition out of the water (pun intended). The control is a mini computer that controls fan speed, hi or low temperature or high or low humidity. It also has alarms. The digital temperature readout is big enough to see from a distance. I paid more for a simple thermostat controller than I did for this fan. I hope it lasts. The instructions were readable and once understood the controller is fantastic. A very nice greenhouse fan. We only run it at half speed for our 8 x 12 greenhouse.

This fan has kept my garage much cooler in the summer, I would love to pair the wall mount VEVOR fans to boost the air flow! VEVOR makes great products, I’ve also bought a pressure washer pump an air hose reel And a set of jack stands. Everything works flawlessly, anytime I need or want anything VEVOR is the first place I look. Keep up the affordable quality products!

Very good fan with a couple of nits

Starting with the good. For the money this is a very feature-full fan. It moves a lot of air. It is relatively quiet. It feels well made. The downsides are mostly small things. The cable between the fan and the controller is too short by about 6' for most uses (fan in gables, controller at eye height). It uses an odd pin-out for which I've not been able to locate an extension cord. Vevor has a number of claims for airflow, 1550 CFM, 2650 CFM, probably other values too. I have no way of measuring this. Vevor claims power consumption is 70W, I measured it at 290W on the highest setting (10). In the best Vevor tradition, the manual is not really useful.

No extension power cord and automatic settings don't work.

While the fan is perfect as an exhaust fan, there are several issues. First off the power cable (not the electrical) is not long enough and the company does not sell an extension cord. Secondly, I have tried several times to set the automatic feature of high/low temperature, to no avail. In spite, of my efforts the fan continuous runs. I so wanted the fan to come on and off as the temperatures were reached but it continues to run until I shut it off. This is disappointing and I would return the fan but I really need to exhaust heat from solarium and don't want to undo the mounting.
