Was very impressed with the quality of the build, all metal except for handles and other areas that would need touching while in use. Gets up to required temp in a reasonable time, cam lock works very well, as does the pressure adjustment. There is a beep at the end of the set time to let you know it is done, a little on the quiet side but as long as you are near you can hear it. Watched videos online before using and this helped with setting up. Very happy with purchase. Only question I would ask is there a way of buying other accessories, i.e.. different size cup presses?
