SCAMMED!
I ordered a 2 in 1 tumbler heat press. It wouldn't stay at preset level. After it reached the temperature of 165 celcius, it would start the timer and then the temperature would go down. I had to communicate with Vevor through their text. But it says I had to jump through hoops to see if they wanted to give me a refund. My son begged me to buy a better tumbler heat press from them. So I reluctantly did. 2 weeks after we ordered it, we took it out of the box. Plugged it in and pressed the on button. The machine wouldn't even turn on. Now they are making us jump through hopes all over again. I drove to their address in Bloomington to exchange or get a refund. Their address was bogus. There is not such address. It was in Bloomington, CA. I ended up buying a 11 oz to 30 oz tumbler heat press from Walmart. I got the machine the next day and it works great. Plus, if I need to return it. I have up to 90 days. Anyone reading this, go to www.walmart.com and buy from their website. VEVOR is a SCAM!
