Drilled 2 holes and it died. Was was most frustrating, I contacted Vevor for a return. They advertise the refund policy as in it easy no issue if you have an issue WRONG!. I sent a request with the detailed issue with a video. then waited. 1st reply was wait 1 to 3 days for the production review. Then my video wasn't good enough. How detailed do you need to get to show a drill doesn't work? Sent a second video and went back and forth with numerous emails, threatened to file a complaint with PayPal. The final result afyer 2 weeks was offering me 40 dollars and keep the drill, which I had 65+ or send a new one. Wtf, 40$ and keep a paperweight? They said the 40 was for my aggravation. Main thing I just learned is, if you get something defective from these people, you are practically screwed. The have beyond sorry customer service. But again, talking about another cheap Chinese company. Think before you buy!

Had my dewald SDS rotary hammer stolen earlier this year, and when I went to convert a utility area to a full bath, I had no way to chip concrete. I was getting ready to spend a couple hundred dollars on a used Bosch (or similar), but decided to give this a try. I've probably only put 15 hours of actual chipping time on it, but I've covered a lot of ground. I've chipped up broken concrete floors, chipped out a channel to dig a wall footer into, chipped my drain lines in, and drilled holes in 4" blocks for rebar. This tool is doing a great job so far

Vevor is a Chinese scam. I had a problem with a product and contacted them the day the item was received. They exchanged a few emails saying they were looking in to it then just ghosted me after 2 weeks. There is no way to return or to get customer support. None at all.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet. But looking at all the other ones I have used. This one seems to be very well made and extremely durable. Also it shipped extremely quick!! I look forward to using it as I'm sure it will exceed my expectations!! And for the price, I expected it to be like the old one I owned which was from harbor freight. But this one has a case and seems to be a more quality tool!
