Great furniture dolly

We have been in the process of moving a bunch of furniture around from one building to another. These furniture dollys are wonderful. I have some older dollys made out of wood that I bought, but the wheels are sluggish and they don't spin easily. These new furniture dolly wheels are very smooth and turn nice and easy. They have helped us tremendously moving large pieces of furniture and display cabinets. I would definitely recommend these and I would buy them again.

32 screws to screw in!

Get your electric screwdriver out for this one, if you have one. There was a bit more assembly I expected, in terms of needing to screw in 4 screws for each wheel and each foot. I only started using my electric screwdriver about half way through and still ended up with blister from hand screwing the first half! Once assembled, this actually is quite sturdy even though the base is plastic and the adjustable rails are just thin metal. While I hated assembling this, it is more versatile than a traditional fixed sized dolly (that would require no assembly). Each wheel has a brake so you could ensure your item stays where it needs to. Rolls well on flat surfaces and soso on carpet. While I didn't have an immediate need for the adjustable feet, they might come in handy one day.

Use a ratchet to assemble

Assembly: USE A RATCHET AND 11mm SOCKET to save yourself time and frustration. With a small ratchet, it took just under 10 minutes to fasten the 4 casters. Probably 15 total time for assembly. Warning: Using the wrench provided will probably take you quite some time, and the edges of the little wrench are sharp. Note: 11mm was the size of nut provided to me; although, I suspect the size might vary) Quality: The quality seems to be good. Function: The casters spin under load. Durability: unproven so far.

Min Headroom

Built a little light.

I got a good deal on the price so I can't complain. But speaking honestly, they seem to be built of lighter wood than the Harbor Freight equivelent. I set dirt filled half barrels on them for portable gardening. These havent broken but they do bow under the weight. I have rienforced them with scrap lumber.
