Seems sturdy.
Just finished assembling it and it seems sturdy. I feel confident it can support the weight of an engine and allow me to remove the mounts. Other reviewers have complained that it doesn't come with assembly instructions, which is true, but if you can't figure out how to line up a few holes, put a couple bolts through then tighten things up, you have no buisiness working on an engine in the first place. Good value for the price.
