The winch looks the part and as described. The price was good and looks to be able to do the job for which I purchased it.
The only hiccup that I had with the purchase was the Aramex Courier service who lost my package. Only to be told after nearly 5 weeks that they finally admitted to losing it.
I contacted Vevor weeks after the deadline for delivery had elapsed. The customer service team was absolutely excellent. They contacted the courier on my behalf and because even this did not find my parcel, Vevor offered to refund the purchase amount. I declined this kind offer and instead requested a replacement, but not sent through Aramex.
Vevor replaced the item and sent it through Australia Post. It arrived undamaged and in a reasonable time.
