Works great but is heavy
This works great...way better than our manual hand-held cutter, but it is rather on the heavy side. We've placed it on top of a cart for easier transport. We use to cut 25m steel wire coils in a manufacturing company. I would buy again if needed a second one.

Low cost rebar cutter
This is a low quality alternative to USA made cutters. It easily cuts grade 40 #3 bars, but I haven't tried #4 or #5 bars. I don't know if it'll cut grade 60 bars, but I'll update this review later. The left side for the handle to screw into isn't properly tapped and threaded deep enough for the handle to screw into, it lacks about a 1/4\" of depth. The right side for the lefties among us isn't tapped at all. WTH? this machine weighs 25.45 lbs in the tool box. It has a coiuple extra cutting pieces for replacement in the future. Since it was made in China, I opted for the 4 year extended warranty. I'm using this machine to build a small wall on my property.

Tool worked fine, broken cutting blades as we cut a gut load of bar. Tried to ask for replacement blades got a reply in another language. Was asked how my communication went? Told them and no reply maybe this will work
