So much nicer than the one I had before. More powerful and sturdier. One problem and it's a small problem and that is its way too tall to fit under my kitchen cabinets.

Awesome product makes milkshake and once you get the hang of it definitely puts out nice milkshakes. Definitely a must have machine and awesome for the price point.
We make very hard handcrafted ice cream and this machine can handle it at 1/4 the price of comparable machines. 1-hp motor is powerful enough and the timer is great to set it and forget it. It can be difficult to clean it above the top cup lip holder. I will definitely recommend this machine.

Super powerful (might be too powerful) but sure makes great milkshakes.
Timer function is handy.
Just be careful not to overfill the cup, keep it well under half full or you'll have a mess to clean up.
The unit itself is easy to clean.
Overall this product is what I expected. For me, the disadvantage to this blender is that the speed cannot be adjusted slower. Making certain drinks, the speed is to high and causes liquid to splash everywhere even when using a collar.
This mixer works excellent , We use it in our food trailer and let me tell you !! this thing makes milkshakes, It also nixes a lot more. We do pineapple , watermelon and coconut drinks, this is the best tool ever....
