The positives: Assembly went smoothly and doggie door actually fits in a shorter profile door. It's also secure. We've reduced the amount of accidents our 3 dogs were having by like 95%, which is why we got it!
On the down side, the doggie door is thin compared to the sliding glass door, and there was no included insulation or weather stripping for the sliding door to butt up against it.

It took my dogs a little bit to get used to it- no biggy! My male shepherd decided to go out for a romp in the mud- cleaned up like a breeze (wish I could say the same for the rest of my house). This is a nice quality product, it wasn’t bad to install
