I asked for screws for the shield immediately. No one will help. There's no number to call. They want pictures of the missing parts. Really??? Pictures of something I don't have. Obviously, the machine is fine but their customer service is horrible. Unless this is the only slicer they've ever sold. Why can't they just send me screws for the shield?

Very sturdy, made of high quality material. My wife loves it. So easy to use, just be careful when cleaning it, blades are sharp. We use a thin wooden stick to push out food in between the blades when cleaning. Great product, great price.

I’ve been struggling with those flimsy plastic choppers for a while—they never cut through veggies properly and would crack after just a few uses. I finally decided enough was enough and started searching for something better. That’s when I found the "VEVOR Commercial Chopper", and wow, what a difference! This chopper makes slicing vegetables so easy and smooth—it’s actually kind of fun! Plus, cleaning it up is a breeze. If you’re tired of dealing with those cheap choppers (or still chopping by hand with a knife and cutting board), do yourself a favor and upgrade to this one. Trust me, you’ll love it!
