Misleading Business Practices and Poor Customer Service
I had a frustrating experience with Vevor regarding my order. For over a month, they were unable to locate my package, and instead of resolving the issue, they eventually canceled my order—not by my choice. While they initially offered compensation for the inconvenience, they later took it back as part of the refund process. Additionally, they deducted discounts and rewards that I had legitimately earned, making the refund significantly less than expected. The back-and-forth with customer service felt misleading, and instead of handling the situation transparently, I was left feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Vevor's handling of this situation raises serious concerns about their business practices, and I am planning to report them for their deceptive approach. I expected better treatment and honesty from a company that claims to value its customers.
