By vevor on Dec 13, 2024 Sadly, I do not think you at Vevor know the answer to the above questions that you have answered as your answers are conflicting. I never would have bought it if I knew I had to buy hexagon socket set since it is not in your description. Also, sadly you do not include a video on how to clean the slicer. Everyone has to go to you tube. Vevor includes the hexagon driver for anything under 100 bucks, but to cheap to include in something over 300 bucks. And if you are hoping to get that extra grinding wheel or belt included in cheaper models, forget it. Not to mention Vevor does not sell replacement parts that I can find for this model.

Was surprised at the high quality of the slicer for the price. Easy to clean, quiet, and easy for the staff to use. Delivery as expected and as described.

Very good product. Cut frozen lamb and beef with 1 mm thickness. Only give 4 star to "East to use" is because of difficulty to clean. However, it is common issues for this type of slicer.

I was so excited to purchase this slicer before Black Friday for my partner/ as a wonderful surprise Christmas gift. I ordered it 11/18. I got notice it would be shipped soon. 2 days later I got notice and tracking info. When I went in to UPS iit said label created but not received- next day same thing- this is when I tried emailing saying I wasn’t seeing it picked up by UPS. The email never got a response- so another day passed and I went in the website and saw there was a customer chat option. Don’t began- sent a request for help- 2 days later got an email saying we responded click the link- but the link never worked. I then sent another request same chat saying help me the link isn’t working- I can’t see anything- noted the order # and the UPS tracking with no receipt. Then 2 days later again another email- saying click the link- nothing- I sent a third chat- begging for a person to talk to. Another day later- click the link- this time it worked but by then we were a week later. I heard from Pedro- who said he would try to help. I went over a month of waiting for tracking updates. We were told the package was accidentally not scanned when received. I continued to ask for updates- got a message- we will give you a $10 refund for the inconvenience- I only wanted this slicer for my BF. I consistently reached out- with please wait as we are waiting. Never spoke to a person nor got insight- until 2 weeks before Christmas. It must be lost- we will refund you fully. I didn’t want this- I begged please just send me a new one at the cost I paid. Nothing- then Pedro said- I’m happy to reorder- yay! Just to hear from Vevor internally they were out of stock- but online it stilled showed available. I said to Pedro- please get this for me- he said he was working on it. Just to hear a day or two later from Pedro- sorry I guess we are out now. I was on short notice to find anything for him to get here on time. Needless to say- I told what I tried to get him- we found another through a different website and pray it gets here on time. But this was a mess. Pedro did nothing wrong- but not having a person to communicate with and just a link is not customer service. I do not see me going through this ever again. I hope this shows the need to change your process. This was sincerely sad over all and I so wish it could have been addressed and fixed right so we could have got what we paid for before it was out of stock. Thanks Amber

Living on a small farm, we raise chickens and pigs and process them ourselves. We’ve had many meat slicers previously that never quite did the job we needed them to do. I also cook for a living and have used this slicer at work. It’s a quiet machine that can really slice through meat or cheese very easily. It doesn’t slide around while using, is easy to clean and sanitize. The blade sharpener is effective and a nice feature to have. The price point is phenomenal, Temu.com sells the same model and brand, but I decided to go directly to the makers website and I’m glad I did. Not only was it less than Temu, I looked up a coupon code and got a percentage off along with free shipping. It came very fast, which never happens to us out in the middle of nowhere North Dakota. I highly recommend!

Its okay for the price. Could be better. Could be worse. The sliced meat occasionally gets sucked back up in the blade housing and will throw chunks of meat a few feet from the slicer but all in all its okay.
