This is very solid and made of heavy metal. It would be a lot easier to line up correctly if it were possible to see exactly where you are scoring. The center metal mechanism blocks the ability to see anything at all there.

Print Herder, Two Cow's Print Farm
First observation - the machine is seemingly well constructed and appears to be sturdy for intended uses. Second - set up is straight forward, and should take a only a few minutes using the (included) Allen wrench(es) to adjust the alignment and pressure for the appropriate blade, perf wheel or scoring wheel - to align each device to the spaces on a sheet which you wish to affect. The setting on the machine we just received a few days ago has been adjusted for an on-going project here at the Print Farm, and the results straight out of the box have been pretty darn perfect. Given the price of the unit, the collective reasoning around the pasture is that after getting this mchine set for the on-going print project, we're going to pick up a second machine so that other tasks may be carried out, making changes for various perfs and scores can be performed on the second unit without re-adjusting the initial machine from its assignment. If you're thinking about pick this machine up for a project or projects, my advice (so far) is that you can't go wrong - Moo.

I've been in the graphic arts industry for many years, and over that time I have scored paper manually over a million times. This time I said, "there's got to a better way!" Of course there is and the VEVOR Manual Creaser does the job nicely. With the magnetic block jigs you easily mark your place and slide the paper in, then lower the handle and BOOM! You are done... onto the next sheet. This is great for scoring a small run of stock or if you can gang it up, then you can knock out twice the work in no time. A great tool to have for small projects, like invitations or brochures on just about any stock. The score works perfectly on 20 text to 140 cover with both ink or digital prints (toner), with no cracking! Highly recommend.

I use this to pre fold my fiction books. The amount of effort to make adjustments between books is cumbersome. Once it is set, the item is accurate and helpful.

Saves money and quickly pays for itself!
Instead of buying expensive folded cards I can order standard flat postcards from my printer for half the price, and fold them perfectly using the creaser. It works great for my thank you cards and packaging materials.

The unit is well made and east to use. It helps to have knowledge and experience on how to use a scoring/ perforating machine to be able to set up this machine correctly and to get the most use out of it. It has only one speed and will feed the paper through accurately as long as the guides are set up correctly. I use this as a backup unit in our print shop to do the jobs that cannot be done on our larger machine. A good feature of this unit is that it will allow any length of paper to pass through. It is able to run three scoring wheels all in one pass with the minimum spacing of 10mm between score position. It does not have a counter, so if using for a large run, you will have to use another method of tracking the final count. The cost of this machine is really good and will only take a couple of paying jobs to justify owning one. It was well packages and arrived in perfect condition. So far I am really pleased with this purchase.

The instructions leave a lot of info out, but this thing works awesome once you figure everything out. The rollers do have allen bolts you can loosen to move things around, just as the cutters do. The creaser roller, does take some work to get right, but once done, it works perfect. I don't do much folding work, but this is what I needed to trifold for cardstock and glossy paper without spendings 10k for a machine that would be extreme overkill for me.
