I originally purchased this sink to undermount it. Ultimately I changed my mind and surface mounted. The surface profile is quite small so it still has a pleasing appearance. The size and depth is fantastic. If you are going to surface mount, be prepared to further adjust your counter inwards as the apron section is roughly 6\" deep. If you set it on surface as is, the apron protruded quite a bit and will also require some minor trim work. But between the trim work and surface edges, it mounts very well and will require no further bracing. A couple cons however. (Although very acceptable as the price of this sink is phenomenal) The slope of the pan to the drain isn't quite adequate. It drains water just fine. But any food or particles you intend to get into the disposal take alot of coercing from the faucet. The slope is just lacking to allow debris to make it's way to drain simply. The laser etched Vevor logo dead center of the interior lacks taste and lends a poor aesthetic. But like I said for the price it's a fantastic! The included accessories are great. The cutting board was warped, and of poor quality. But I didn't buy the sink for the cutting board! If this is in your cart and your budget is limited, this is a fantastic sink.
