All parts were there, no scratches...only concern is how thin the sink is...if you pour boiling water down, it pops much more loudly than the old thick sinks. It does leave water marks that it takes cleaner and elbow grease to get off, even dish soap and my pot scrubber don't take them all off. But I can handle that issue by looking away lol. You can polish the sink and then 5 min later you need water again so not going to worry about that, the outer edges that are against the countertop don't stain.
