Find it does the task required but is a bit big and quite heavy for some staff to handle . Did not know there was a smaller unit available that would have worked just as well for the task we require it to do. Will without doubt, last longer than the others we have used in the past.
I have bought 2 of these and both have quit on me within a year. I would not recommend this blender as it is a bit heavier than my new Warner and it didn't last. I like that I could detach the blender from the motor but I have loss money and patience on this product (twice). SMH
I bought this product for community centre and they found its been used one and there was little damage , I asked for them to return back , but they don't know return process and they are bit nervous because they will never commit they send damage product, it's really disappointing to me .next time I'll never recommend this product to anyone

For the prices things it's kind of unbeatable. Bought this for my restaurant to replace the handheld immersion blenders. Other than the fact that it intimidates the absolute crap out of my employees this thing definitely gets the job done. Opted for a slightly smaller version that way it was more easy to handle and it has worked out great.
