There is no need to remove and maintain the blade separately. It also comes with a replacement blade. After 5min of using the cutter, the blade stopped spinning. Motor runs but blade has stopped. I have tried to upload video on your email, but it will not allow me to. So I would like a replacement cutter.

Poor instructions, cracked piece and missing accessories

Accessories in pamphlet indicate bottle of lube, tube of grease, cleaning brush and outer lock shaft that were not in accessories bag. Terminal thermal bos S111 is cracked. Instructions say to connect earth wire for safety but nothing to say what earth wire is or where to connect.
