Nice gazebo but problem with delivery.

Ordered the gazebo with free delivery. It took 5 days to deliver it from NJ to Florida. Arrived with a hole in the box and in the canvas. Return it, ordered a new one, ask for a refund. It took 10 days to receive the new one which was OK. So poor delivery service even if I am a Prime customer. I will cancel my Prime. Useless. Concerning the refund, it took 21 days before it appear on my Visa card, and I lost 15 $ on the transaction while I have no responsibility on the defect of the gazebo. Regarding the gazebo, it is a nice one, very easy to set up but I note that the nuts on the sides begin to rust after two weeks.

Sets up easy, the sides keep the wind and the rain out. If set up in high winds (20 mph), make sure that you use quality stakes. I recommend the screw type stakes

Yes very easy purchase and delivery was quick. Tent was easy to put up. I read reviews and added my own pull down mechanism to central push up/ pull down point. I was able to set it up and pull it down on my own by pegging the base first. Really happy with it so far - but I have not tested it in rain or wind yet.
